Amy Olmedo received her B.S. in Biology from Trinity University and then graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Physical Therapy. She has been treating orthopedic and sports medicine injuries for over 25 years, working in highly renowned clinics including Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic and Southern California Orthopedic Institute. She has a strong background in manual therapy, working with sports injuries as well as training in Redcord.
Her approach to wellness includes whole body healing, treating structural dysfunction and muscle imbalances. She also integrates both emotional and physical healing.
Amy has been very active in sports her whole life, playing competitive tennis both in Juniors and College at a National level. She has also competed in Marathons, Triathlons and Adventure races locally. Currently, she enjoys recreational tennis, running, biking, hiking, yoga, traveling and reading.
She is a native Southern Californian and currently resides in Woodland Hills, raising her 13 year old son.
