Pilates and Personal Training
Deborah has been a part of the fitness industry since 1998 when she became certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
As her career and own fitness program evolved, she became more and more interested in “functional” exercise, as opposed to bodybuilding and isolation training. This led her to Pilates. She found she loved the workout and the results!
She was stronger and more flexible and even stood a little taller. After participating in Pilates classes for six years, she achieved her certification as an instructor through the internationally recognized Stott Pilates.
Since Deborah began teaching Pilates in 2004, she has remained on the cutting-edge of current pilates and fitness concepts by consistently attending conferences and seminars held by leaders in the industry. She has excelled in applying her knowledge in seemingly unlimited ways to address the needs of individual clients. As a result, Deborah has helped both rehab clients and fitness junkies progress beyond their physical limitations.
Pilates is a passion for Deborah, and she strongly believes it can be beneficial for everyone.
