Dr. Natalie Sampson, DPT

Founder

The foundation of Dr. Natalie’s approach to patient care is built upon experience, a positive attitude, intuition, and an eagerness for continued growth.

While raising her three children, Dr. Natalie earned a bachelor of science degree in Exercise Physiology followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California, graduating with honors.

Upon passing the California State licensing exam, Dr. Natalie worked for several PT practices wherein she was required to see 2 – 4 patients an hour and had to use PT aides for the bulk of each patients treatment. Although Dr. Natalie was able to help patients “get better” in this environment, she felt that she could help her patients achieve longer lasting results and take them to the next level of wellness and prevention by working with each patient one-on-one. For many physical therapists and patients this would be a dream come true.

Dr. Natalie decided to make that dream a reality by opening Symmetry Physical Therapy and Wellness in 2007. Working alongside a team of colleagues dedicated to the same vision, Dr. Natalie has been able to provide the optimal experience for meaningful healing and continued wellness. In 2009, Symmetry expanded to include a Pilates and Redcord studio that specializes in post-rehab fitness and sports performance enhancement.

Dr. Natalie has over a decade of orthopedic physical therapy experience and uses an integrative treatment style when addressing the needs of her clients. This begins with a thorough review of the clients medical and orthopedic history and a movement evaluation to determine the best individualized treatment plan with the goal of getting our clients to move better, and empowering them with the knowledge and skills to maintain long lasting results.

When she is not treating patients at Symmetry, Dr. Natalie enjoys taking pilates and yoga classes, outdoor cycling, exploring trails, HIIT (high intensity interval training) at Orangetheory Fitness, and of course spending time with her family.
