10:00am  Total Body Strength - Kim Worthen

Join Kim as we shape, sculpt, and strengthen major muscle groups, and then some, including the glutes, core and upper body. Most exercises will not require equipment, but options include dumbbells, a hand towel, a belt that can go around the lower leg (does not need to be stretchy), a resistance band, or a backpack with books you can add to it. Almost anything you can pick up with you hands will work. All fitness levels welcome!

10:00am  Core Fusion - Deborah Nicol

A blend of Pilates Mat and basic Yoga exercises designed to create a solid foundation and bring balance to the body. This class includes flexion, extension and rotation of the spine.
