Ossie’s Pilates journey began 15 years ago. After delivering her second child, she began having lower back pain and found herself limping and barely able to walk. Soon after, she started physical therapy and it was during this time that she was introduced to Pilates. It became part of her weekly therapy. She told her doctor that surgery wasn’t an option for her, and she was slowly starting to feel better and became so much stronger. After 6 months of therapy, she signed up for a Pilates class and fell in love with how it made her look and feel.
Ossie has a background in early childhood education, and has taught K-1st grade and Judaic studies for over 10 years.
After having her third child, she took a break from teaching, and decided to take her passion for Pilates and teaching and combine the two.
She has been teaching Pilates since 2015, and has enjoyed every minute of it. She has helped others realize that strength and endurance is the key to one's healing.
